[Coco] How many colors in the GIMEx and Matchbox Coco Palettes

For the GIME-X it's 9-bit RGB for a palette 0f 512 colors.  Two separate DACs are present,
one for 15khz video (s-video, composite, bottom RGB port and rf modulator), and one running
at the VGA scan rate as well.

Not sure what the Matchbox CoCo uses.
