[Coco] RS-DOS C compiler, maybe cross compiler?

There were multiple “Small C”’s for DECB back in the Coco 1/2 days - I had one by Dugger’s Growing Systems that was a prize for my 2nd Simulations Contest entry. From what I remember, they weren’t even full K&R. But copies of those might still be floating around.

I am planning on giving the same thing a try using generic C, and see if it can handle that with more compatibility.
