[Coco] CoCoFEST! and Daylight Savings Time

Sunday November 7th is Time Change Sunday.  We fall back an hour.
So you can either get an extra hour of sleep or stay up for an extra hour of
CoCoFEST!

If you are driving to CoCoFEST! then bring an ice scraper for your car's
windshield.  It is supposed to get cold for Friday night.

We have toll roads in Illinois. Most of us who live in Chicago have a
transponder in our car that pays the toll.  They used to have a person
manning a lane or two where you could pay with change, but that person is no
longer there. Now you can pay online using the Pay by Plate method. Or you
can try to avoid the toll roads. You may be able to tell your GPS to avoid
toll roads.
