[Coco] CoCo floppy disk subsystem

Through that and variable pot R16? it's controlling a mystery/cantread 
chip that is feeding clock signals into the wd1691 'floppy support 
logic' chip. So, data separator timing starts here - someplace between 
gnd and 12(ish) volts.
