[Coco] Some details on CoCo 1 ROM burning

Done and done; the EMP-20 used the 1A module, set the proper voltage
and programmed the EPROM - ECB first, as suggested and then CB1.4.
Slower than the USB programmers I have been using but much more
flexible. My new favorite. Next to fix the keyboard.
