[Coco] Xroar hard drives

Is the SuperIDE hard drive interface the same as the Glenside IDE ?
If so I think I have some software that might be useful but It might 
take me a while to find it yet as I have not done anything
fancy with my SuperIDE interface since getting the CoCoSDC last year.
