[Coco] Early 80s Ghostbuster music and printer demo?

Probably not what you remember, but I seem to recall using a cassette of the actual Ghostbusters song and playing that from the cassette player while the logo was being drawn.  We used the logo program from Rainbow.

There is a command you can issue to direct the audio from the cassette to play (via the TV?  The cassette player?  I don’t remember.)

We took this logo and the ZZTop logo to our local Radio Shack, along with a carefully timed cut of Ghostbusters and La Grange and while the program to draw the logos was running the cassette would play the music.  That seemed really great for 1982!

So maybe you remember that audio “trick”?

Ghostbusters/printer demo: Urban legends of Mandela effect? I lived in Houston through 1984. There was a CoCo music demo that played the Ghostbusters theme song while printing. The printer was percussion to the music. The printout was the Ghostbusters logo.

Has anyone ever seen this demo? How does one bitbang and make music, anyway?
