It's just failed to build the "texinfo" documentation.  If this used to
work for you before without warning, it might be a tool that used to
be in one package, since split into a separate one (e.g. splitting up
"creating documentation" from "viewing documentation" - it's exactly
the sort of thing package maintainers like to get fussy over...).

I'll see if I can make the docs optional in the configure script :)
