[Coco] CoCo Keys2USB minor issues.

  I have a CoCo Keys2USB that I have hooked to an extra coco3
  keyboard I have had for a while.

  Works well with Vcc but not so much with MAME I seem to have
  misplaced the documentation that came with it. Would anyone
  know how to select between Vcc and MAME mode and how to reprogram
  keys. [SHIFT][;]  should be [+] on a coco keyboard but I am geting
  a [:] .
