[Coco] 550 MB CocoSDC setup instructions

550 MB Hard Drive extension for the CocoSDC running SDCX

For use with a Coco3 with 550 MB of FREE space on the CocoSDC's Sd card

This adds the 550 mb Hard Drive partion to the CocoSDC without changing its normal use.

The CocoSDC can be used as normal or BOOTed into the 550 MB Hard Drive upon power up of the computer.


1. Flash YA-DOS to BANK 3 of the CocoSDC

2 COPY / PASTE

DECBVHD.DSK
SDCEXP.DSK
STARTUP.CFG

to the root of your SDC's SD card

3. Tap the <SPACE BAR> upon power up of the Coco3.
This will auto boot the CocoSDC into the 550 MB Hard Drive partion

  Pressing any other key , or none at all, will boot the coco into its normal SDCX mode
