[Coco] OVCC 1.4.0 with Tandy Hi-res mouse/joystick support released

I have ovcc version (1.3.0~beta20200808-0~bionic1)
I am NOT at all skilled at compiling source is there going to be
a binary version of OVCC 1.4.0  for Linux ?
