I received the DriveWire documentation. Looks like there is lots of good
stuff in there.
That encoded date looks like the unix epoch time format. The string can be
converted to a long int with atol() and then converted into a date/time
string with ctime()
In fact, that timestamp converts to: 10/09/2020 2:24pm (UTC)
