Well I'd guess that the nightly NitrOS-9 builds are created with Toolshed which might then be a problem.

If you have a Windows system, try imgtool.exe or wimgtool.exe which can work with OS-9 disks if they 
are labled .os9. These programs might work better for you than Toolshed using large files.
