Just ignore above mention of VHD header, I was thinking of JDK or VDK
images. I understand this disk image is a plain sector dump without
header, also since the 3 first bytes are then those of the NitrOS-9
RBF partition LSN0, the "DD.TOT" value (numbers of sectors of this
partition).
