[Coco] Largest Compact Flash in SuperIDE?

I have just tested a 64GB SDXC card in my CoCoSDC, it is likely that
the upper limit is 2TB (2^51 bytes) as this is both the limit for
FAT32 and SDXC. (Windows apparently doesn't permit formatting FAT32
volumes larger than 32GB).
