Sounds like your router has been attacked. 99% of them have back doors 
for the 3 letter agencies.

Scour the yard sales and see if you can find one that can be reflashed, 
and put dd-wrt in it.  As a guard dog, it has very sharp teeth. I have 
one hole in mine, allows folks to see my web page on this machine. Over 
the last 17 or so years, millions have tried to get thru it, and have 
all failed.  I sleep well.  google for dd-wrt, its one of the better 
kept security secrets in todays times.  And for home style routers its 
free.
