[Coco] GCCC Business Meeting is March 19, 2020

If I remember right i think it wasn't officially tabled, just agreed by
everybody we would focus on cocofest. Now we need to re agree to focus on
the Bylaws. Imo that is our most important topic second to cocofest. I'd
just like to make sure we're going to work on it.
