[Coco] Gotek support

Been quite some time since I even looked at any of my GOTEK
stuff.  I have one of the known good ones (except mine is the
model without the display or push buttons so I will  need to
do the mods.)  But I also have a bunch of others.
       SMUFDDV4 at 1104

Any chance these might work, too?  The are not in the "Models
to Avoid" list.
