[Coco] rgb2vga rolling video

Thank you! For some reason, I didn't get some of the earlier email. I had
tried all of the dip switches to no result (well, no impact on the
rolling). I'll take a look at the vsync and walk it backwards. I'll let
you know if that resolves the issue.
