[Coco] EmuDisk floppy utility issue

Wayne,

As far as disk image tools go for transferring files between OS9 and
Windows. I normally use the OS9.exe or DECB.exe utilities to move files
to/from disk images. I know a lot of people prefer the GUI based
utilities, but if you are ok with command line then these work great so far.

There is at least one utility that is being developed for Windows for
working with DECB disk images, but not sure about OS-9 images yet.

We really need some more broader disk image utilities that can handle both
DECB and OS-9 images in JVC, DMK, SDF, and SCP.

Thanks,
Dave
