[Coco] new Update for DOSPlus5.0Extended

Hello,
I just wanted to let you know that, due to the new utility I have made 
to manage the CoCo-SDC
while using any DOS other than DP50E, I have uploaded a new version for 
the DOSPlus5.0 Extended
