You can check what version of sdc dragon dos you have by flipping the DRAGON dip switch up (on) and jumping the centre pin to the DRQ pin and turning the dragon computer on If it says dos.03 then you will need to flash dosplus 5.0

If your sdc is less then a few years old it will already have DOSPLUS 5 on it. you just need to add the boot spacebar program to the autoexec file

So, I need to put the raw bin from someplace like colorcomputerarchive,,
write a program to put it into memory, use the sdc-doc commands to write it
to one of the banks on the sdc, then set the jumpers and I should be good?
