[Coco] Recursively delete directories

Cleard will silently delete a directory's contents, but not the subdirs. There may have been a deldir that did this, but was most likely a download from Delphi, CIS, or from the OS-9 UG.
It wouldn't be hard to change deldir's source, so it would be silent, it's in the repo. Add a "-s" option maybe?

If a utility like that exists, I am unaware of it, I've been using
OS-9/Nitros9 since 1985. it is possible to write your own using the OS-9 C
Compiler with the information in K&R (Kernigan[spelling?] and Richie) C
reference that can be downloaded from the CoCo archive.
