[Coco] Min load on NitroOs9

I think due to memory issues we should have a separate version of NItroos9
that includes the min load all other modules just enough to boot the system
without having the snddrb, w4,w5,w6,w7, mdir and any other module like the
old Os9 Level 2. It would make it a lot easer to  debug the old programs
without having to worry about memory limitations.
