[Coco] Mame Scroll Key is not working

Phil,

What version of MAME are you using? I looks more recent than anything I can run on my system. At 
least I have only seen directories coco3 and coco3p not coco3ntsc.

In any case, you don't want .zip files in the coco3ntsc directory. There should be .rom files there. 
The .zip files should be in the MAME\roms directory.

If you are having problems with either your mouse or arrow keys on the PC such that MAME is not 
responding, you may not have a MAME version that will run on your PC.
