[Coco] where can I find a tut to get the sdc kit running on nitros9?

Greetings all;

I've had this thing for years but I've never even got the led to flash, 
and it does have a several gbyte SD card in the slot.  Currently in slot 
3 of the mpi.

Thanks for any links I can print and take to it for reference.
