The SDC is not a No Halt controller even in LSN(HDD) mode as it is still
using SCS line to control its addressing which means it has to shut IRQ's
off to make sure the MPI slot doesn't get changed.

As far as I know Darren wrote the SDC driver for NitrOS-9.
