[Coco] Rs232 Pack

What happened to the author that wrote vcc? Is he still active in the
project? I know I bought this subject up before but it would be nice to get
the /t2 to work with DriveWire to detect the carrier receive and send data
so I can use the old bbs software like Ribbs.

Its sure worth the effort and if it can be done on the Commodore 64/128
which is  slower machine it should be able to be done on the coco running
under os9.
