[Coco] How to learn to maintain a web page

Hi, Brian.  I got my start with the tutorial from Maricopa Center for Learning and Instruction.  The document now seems to be hosted at Louisiana State U : index page is https://www.lsu.edu/OCS/html-tutorials/writingHTML/tut/index.html#indx .   However, there is also a blog that contains it at http://mcli.cogdogblog.com/tut/  with download in PDF from http://mcli.cogdogblog.com/tut/download.html if you trust it.
