[Coco] Alternatives to Java Drive Wire.

Ok looking at the docs I have three questions.
1. Does the CoCoNet server require Windows or is there a Linux
version.
2. When is the 2 GB MicroSD Drive Pak™ expected to be available.
3. Will the 2 GB MicroSD Drive Pak™ include a USB interface to copy
items from a server or do you just remove the sd card and copy
image files to it. If the latter how does this differ from an CoCo
SDC ?
