[Coco] New Release of VCC 2.0.1c

Hi all, I just wanted to let everyone know that I posted the new release of VCC 2.0.1c

In this release, some known bugs in the 6309 CPU emulation have been fixed as well as some missing instructions coded. The 6309 mode should function properly now.

There are also some minor cosmetic changes and minor bug fixes throughout the program.

My thanks to Walter Zambotti for his HD6309 fixes.
