[Coco] Vcc for Linux - Beta

  Do you have packages for installing the Vcc system. I know it's not 
fully functional however I
  would be happy to help as a beta test it.

  I have Ubuntu 16.04 and 18.04 the 16.04 system has a functional Drive 
Wire server and I have held
  back Java updates to make sure the server stays functional, I also have 
a drivewire server
  that runs from a raspberry pi2.
