[Coco] DECB development under OS9

I am glad to say that in addition to rsdoscopy I have also successfully 
used Robert's HRSDOS.  With the appropriate configuration file in the 
SYS directory I can get a directory of a CoCoSDC mounted image with this 
command:

hrsdos -dir /sd1 :0
