[Coco] DECB development under OS9

Ok, that's cool.  And I just found out that if I mount the DECB image as 
drive 1 before I start OS9 it is available as /SD1 from within OS9.  I 
used dEd to take a look at it and, sure enough, it's the DECB image I 
mounted.  This may be easier than I thought!
