[Coco] Patching NitrOS9 for 8 meg

If I remember correctly (can’t check at the moment), a process descriptor is 512 bytes in level 2.  So 32 tasks is already 16k just for that (and each normally takes a minimum of three path descriptors, so that is another 192 bytes per process).
