[Coco] DS1216 Smart Watch chip and the CoCo

I think the SmartWatch would work under the internal ROM if you set the
base address to $8000. You'd have to socket the soldered-in ROM first,
though, getting it out intact, which requires some delicate desoldering.
If you have a spare MPI slot, it would be easier to control the SmartWatch
via that, either in a disk controller or some ROMpack with an appropriate
socket. If you're using an RS232 Pak, you could probably put the
SmartWatch in there in place of its useless ROM.
