A: find an analog TV.
B: build a Composite monitor driver circuit.
C: find a TV to composite conversion box.
Of course B & C will require a monitor with composite input.  There are 
a few LED/LCD TVs with composite inputs on the used market that should 
work for all options.
Someone else may have some more modern options.
