[Coco] 8" Disks and NitroOS9

Type 1 and Type 2 IBM Format 8" disks use 250.  DEC RX01 is also 250.  Those

are the formats I am most interested in although I may want to try RX02 
at some point.

For right now I mostly want to read them.  Writing might come later 
depending on my

success or failure.
