[Coco] Lowercase in NitrOS9 Level 1

A safe way to find the development snapshots is to go to
www.nitros9.org , follow the link to the wiki, search the page for
"snapshot". Please use the "individual disk images" and not the huge
zip file, because the zip file is not up to date due to temporary
technical issues.

The current snapshot includes all of Curtis and David's fixes. Thanks
a lot to both for their work!
