[Coco] Linux questions

Pls remember that the latest Linux topic was brought up by a gentleman that is newly returned to the coco community after being away from it for 30 years
I don't think it's unreasonable for someone to wonder what non coco setup is being used by other enthusiasts‎ in this group. After all it helps to know what people are using to emulate, and develop for, the coco.    Not every person here has the physical hardware at there disposal. Some people have to run an emulator.

What is the preferred hardware/software setup to do this?

The only way we will know is to ask
