[Coco] Drivewire development

I'm not much of a Java developer but I wouldn't mind helping out. I run under Linux
but I also have a Windows 10, 7 and XP (I have 95 but not sure that's a great idea).

I may need a little help with setting up the intial env. I normally work under
Linux and emacs with lots of languages.
