Latest update.

I have basic graphics (all modes) working in SDL.

The SDL window is not resizable (yet). 

I have a short video of the directx and SDL windows running side by side for comparison.

Please complete the full 6309 implementation as well (current versions don’t do DIVD and DIVQ, for example).
