[Coco] RGB Monitor Problem (Magnavox)

It looks like a 'no sync'.    Double check that the sync wires match the pinout on the bottom of the coco3

Would any of you know what might cause this behavior with an RGB monitor?
Is the monitor flat out incompatible, or might this be a cable thing?

You can actually make out that there is text on the screen, so something is
working.
