[Coco] Does anyone have the documentation for MLBASIC 2.0?

A PDF scan of the MLBASIC 2.0 User Manual now resides on Guillaume Major's 
FTP site.  I understand that Carlos Camacho will make any needed 
improvements, and then transfer the file to the Coco archive site.
