[Coco] Does anyone have the documentation for MLBASIC 2.0?

My suggestion is this: if you can scan the entire ~200 pages as a single PDF document ~100meg or less in size, where the quality is somewhere between good and very good, then go that route ... 

*IF* that is not possible then scan each page as single image (any lossless compressed format like .png) at a decent dots per inch and upload them to a temporary FTP server (or one of the free storage services...) -- Shain Klammer has offered to set one up, and I am willing to set one up too.  And then let us (the community, whomever can help) hack away at getting them into a single PDF.

At 20meg per page/image thats ~ 3.9gig, so less than a single DVD, which could then be properly reduced to a generally acceptable size single PDF manual somewhere between ~ 50 to 100 megs ...
