[Coco] New Years Resolution:to read all the Rainbow

It's also interesting to chart the rise and fall of circulation of Rainbow
over the years, an exercise I once did many years ago. The circulation
figures are given each year in the January issue, I think, though the table
doesn't appear in the index so you have to hunt a little for it.

Wait, unbelievably, I actually found my old table. The circulation figures
first started appearing in 1984, so the table starts then. (I guess
publication of the figures was required by law starting then.)

Paid copies of most recent issue:

1984 75,259

1985 59,835

1986 66,286

1987 61,665

1988 56,579

1989 57,389

1990 33,752

1991 12,522

1992 4,815

When was the last issue?
