Phillip,

DriveWire 4 Server and the virtual serial port drivers for NitrOS-9 do not
support the GetStat call for CD(Carrier Detect).  This feature was never
implemented and I had brought this up before a few years ago.  Software
like RiBBS uses the GetStat call for CD to determine if the modem has
disconnected from the client and thus RiBBS will not work.  There are
probably others that also depend on this CD GetStat call.

Maybe some day DriveWire 4 Server will have this feature as well as the
NitrOS-9 drivers, but at this time sadly you are out of luck.  Sorry :(
