[Coco] Text Forground Color in DECB on HiRes Coco 3 with composite monitor.

Be aware also that on the 40 and 80 column screens, the CoCo 3 also allows
you to select any color of border independently of the selection of
foreground and background colors.  The memory of exactly how to do this
eludes me, but I believe it is just a simple poke.
