There are no fonts in "C". "C" is just a programming language and gets it's resources from OS9 itself.
The fonts you want to edit are in "/DD/SYS/STDFONTS". In fact, you can alter the font file, use a different font file and use multiple fonts files. You must refer to the OS9 manual for these features ("Windowing System" & "Technical Reference" sections). There are several font editors floating around, particularly on the RTSI site. Look for "fonted", "fontedit", "edfont", etc.
Keep in mind, if you're using a hardware text screen, the fonts cannot be changed. Fonts are only used on hi-res graphics screens.
