[Coco] Pre-CoCoFest Announcement: DwTerm - A RSDOS DriveWire 4 Terminal Program

I tried it with the bbs.fozztexx.com BBS and it seems like it works great.
I can't thank you enough for making this, it's a great app.  My only
suggestion woulbe be, maybe you should upload to binary disk image to
github too, just for simpification?  So there is a central location for
people to get the binaries and the source?

For what it's worth, I added a little BASIC file to the DSK for my CoCo 2B
to enable lowercase.

10 POKE 359,57
20 POKE &HFF22,&H10
30 LOADM "DWTRMBB.BIN"
40 EXEC

I saved it as "COCO2B.BAS" to the DWTERM.DSK and now I can kick it off
automatically with lowercase support on my CoCo 2B.
